Juventus and the Polytechnic University of Turin join forces for the new International Executive Master’s in Systems Thinking for Sport & Entertainment

Juventus and the Polytechnic University of Turin, through the PoliTO Master School, present the first edition of the International Executive Master’s in Systems Thinking for Sport & Entertainment, a new advanced training programme designed for managers and experts working in sports and entertainment organisations.

The Executive Master’s programme has been established with the aim of training professionals capable of understanding and managing the growing complexity of sports and entertainment ecosystems, adopting an integrated and systemic approach. In a constantly evolving global context, the programme aims to provide scientific tools, managerial skills and enabling technologies to support the transition towards new, more resilient, innovative and sustainable management models.

The partnership between the Polytechnic University of Turin and Juventus combines the Polytechnic’s technical and scientific excellence, research capabilities and expertise in advanced training with Juventus’ managerial culture and international vision. These two globally recognised institutions are thus pooling their know-how to contribute to the development of a new generation of leadership within the sector.

Upon completion of the programme, participants will be able to analyse the dynamics of value creation in the sport and entertainment sector, interpret the interdependencies between strategy, organisation, operations, communication, sustainability and stakeholder engagement, and apply advanced decision-making tools in complex and international contexts.

“The Polytechnic University of Turin reaffirms its commitment to developing advanced training programmes capable of anticipating change, and today we are launching an innovative project in the rapidly evolving sector of sport and entertainment,” said Stefano Corgnati, Rector of the Polytechnic University of Turin.

“The partnership with Juventus combines academic excellence with practical application to train professionals capable of driving innovation and creating value. For our university, sport represents a strategic area of research and technology transfer, in which advanced skills and innovation generate new professional opportunities. This commitment is also reflected in the attention we devote to dual careers and to promoting sport as a fundamental component of our students’ personal development.”

“The world of sport and entertainment is becoming increasingly complex, and that is precisely why it needs different perspectives that can engage in dialogue with one another,” said Greta Bodino, Chief People, Culture & ESG Officer at Juventus.

“Through this Executive Master’s programme, Juventus’s expertise joins forces with that of the Polytechnic University of Turin to train professionals capable of tackling future challenges with an integrated, multidisciplinary and practical approach. For us, training is not a separate chapter, but a strategic lever that cuts across all age groups: from young people, whom we support in developing their skills and sporting culture, right through to managers and professionals who are now called upon to lead a sector undergoing constant transformation.”

The programme, which will begin in January and conclude in May 2027, will run for five months and will involve lecturers from the Polytechnic University of Turin as well as guest speakers from leading international organisations in the entertainment and sport sectors.

The programme, delivered in English, is aimed at managers and experts working in the sports and entertainment sectors; professionals and executives from clubs, leagues, federations and sports organisations, at both national and international level; and professionals from companies operating in the entertainment sector and in the production of major events.

There are 30 places available and the selection process for enrolment begins today: full details can be found at www.polito.it

With this new Executive Master’s programme, Juventus and the Polytechnic University of Turin reaffirm their commitment to promoting innovation, training and the development of advanced skills to support the transformation of the sports and entertainment sector.
