But its troubles are somehow just beginning, as a new moon rises over this new galactic hot plate. Meanwhile, the fissures created by the Amnesty program finally erupt into chaos on the Watchtower!
Ah, Despero understands the fundamentals of successful world domination: seize strategic assets, eliminate opposition, and consolidate power!
