This year’s Rhode Island Comic Con (RICC) 2026 is preparing to roll out a star-studded lineup of entertainers. The event will take place Nov. 6-8 at the Amica Mutual Pavilion (AMP), the Rhode Island Convention Center, and the Omni Providence Hotel.
Tickets are available at the AMP box office, through Ticketmaster, and at all Toy Vault locations.
According to an NBC 10 WJAR report, the convention will unite actors, artists, voice actors, and cosplayers. Organizers have announced that wrestler and actor John Cena will attend RICC on Sunday, Nov. 8. He will offer a limited photo and autograph session, along with a dedicated fan package featuring a photo, an autograph, and RICC-branded items.
NBC 10 also confirmed on Sunday, Oct. 18, that appearances will also include actor Christina Ricci, wrestling superstar Mick Foley, and four voice actors from the “Sonic: The Hedgehog” gaming enterprise.
This year, organizers will be posting guest schedule changes in real time. According to NBC 10, several high-profile cancellations include R. L. Stine, George Takei, John Ratzenberger, Ariel Winter, and Dan Fogler.
In addition to the celebrity appearances, RICC attendees will find a new exclusive trading card set featuring 39 cards, produced in partnership with LEAF. Some autographed cards will also be included.
The Blockbuster Experience returns as a paid offering, featuring a curated selection of classic movies in a space modeled after a Blockbuster store.
To address privacy concerns, a new policy bans Meta Ray-Ban smart glasses and other wearable recording devices at the convention. Violators face removal of their passes, according to NBC 10.
