Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna are currently grabbing attention with the promotions of their upcoming film Ranabaali. The newly married couple has been making appearances together during the promotional events. Their conversations are also becoming a talking point among fans.
During a recent conversation with Sudhir Srinivasan in his podcast, the couple spoke about their personal lives. When Rashmika was asked about anniversaries and monthversaries, she revealed that Vijay Deverakonda is not someone who usually celebrates such occasions.
Rashmika said that Vijay does not give much importance to these special days. He is not very interested in celebrating every month or marking every occasion. However Vijay had an interesting response when he spoke about Rashmika.
Vijay said that Rashmika has brought celebrations into his life.Rashmika also spoke about Vijay’s personality. She described him in an interesting way.
“He is a history guy. He is a logic guy. He is a science guy. He is a curious guy.” Rashmika then described herself differently. “I am sort of an EMO girl,” she added.
She also spoke about the criticism she has received during her acting career. Rashmika said that some people have called her a bad performer or a bad actress. She explained that an actor’s performance is also connected to the director.
“An actor always depends on the director,” she added
Rashmika explained that the writing of a character can affect an actor’s performance. The way a director presents the character is also important.
She also remembered her second film with Vijay Deverakonda. The film was Dear Comrade. The movie did not become the expected commercial success at the time. However, the film still has a special place among many fans.
Rashmika said that people continue to remember her character Lilly from the movie. Even today, some fans call her Lilly. “Even today people call me Lilly. That is not a small thing,” she said.
Meanwhile, Ranabaali is creating curiosity among moviegoers. The Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika combination is one of the major attractions of the promotions. Their candid conversations are also giving fans more reasons to follow the film closely.
