GMKtec has announced global availability for two new PCs. To recap, the company updated the EVO-X2 under a month ago with a cheaper 128 GB RAM variant. Shortly after that, it released the EVO-X1 Pro with AMD’s Ryzen AI 9 HX 470 processor (curr. $2,299 on Amazon).
Now, GMKtec has returned to the Neo X1 series, a gaming desktop it launched last week in China. Specifically, GMKtec has confirmed that the series will be available in two SKUs, each with the same 14.6-litre metal chassis and triple-fan liquid cooling solution. While details about the latter are scarce for now, GMKtec claims that it can sustain 160 W of CPU performance.

To that end, the Neo-X1 features the Ryzen 9 9955HX, a 16-core processor from AMD’s Fire Range series. Meanwhile, the Neo-X1 Pro steps up to the Ryzen 9 9955HX3D. Although the two processors are similar, the Ryzen 9 9955HX3D contains twice as much L3 cache with an additional 64 MB 3D V-Cache on a CCD. Moreover, the Neo-X1 includes 32 GB of RAM, a 1 TB SSD and an Nvidia GeForce RTX 5060 Ti desktop GPU for a $2,099 MSRP.
