In an Instagram post from Tuesday (Oct. 20), Wolke’s partner, Verena Ullrich, and his close friend Jens “Knossi” Knossalla, announced the untimely news. “It is with deep sadness that we must inform you that our Adam has sadly passed away,” Ullrich wrote
Ullrich said the late internet personality died from a hemorrhage caused by a ruptured cerebral aneurysm.
“We were by his side until the very end and accompanied him on his final journey,” she wrote. “We are deeply shaken and still can hardly put into words what has happened.”
Wolke launched SkylineTV in 2013, and the Frankfurt resident built a following of 265,000 on Twitch, 134,000 subscribers on YouTube, and 120,000 on Instagram, taking viewers along on trips to Finland, Jordan and more.
Wolke’s final Twitch livestream came last month, while his last Instagram post showed the streamer interacting with former NBA player Dirk Nowitzki.
On Wolke’s own site, skylinetv.live, fans turned a chat forum into an informal memorial, filling it with messages for a creator and sharing their condolences.
Outside of Wolfe’s own channel, the streamer co-hosted the Netzprediger TVseries from 2014 to 2018, won the second season of Big Brother: Knossi Edition, and produced live-streams for fellow streamers MontanaBlack and Trymacs.
