In The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, Zelda’s image finally departs from the classic ‘damsel in distress’ canon, transforming her into an independent and key figure who determines the fate of the entire kingdom of Hyrule.

She sports a practical short bob haircut, which replaced her long hair from the previous installment. At the beginning of the adventure, she wears a comfortable travel outfit for exploration, consisting of a turquoise tunic, sturdy trousers, and leather boots.
