Excel <a href="https://comicvibe.com/zee-entertainment-shares-tank-13-amid-sebi-order-on-subhash-chandra-punit-goenka/” title=”Zee Entertainment shares tank 13% amid Sebi order on Subhash Chandra, Punit Goenka”>Entertainment has launched Excel Music, a dedicated music label backed by Universal Music Group as a strategic shareholder as well as its marketing and distribution partner.
The label’s first release will be the soundtrack album of Mirzapur: The Movie, which is set to release in cinemas on September 4, 2026. The album’s first track, featuring Haryanvi singer Dhanda in his Bollywood debut, will be released this week.
Excel Music will house original film soundtracks and scores from Excel Entertainment’s productions, while also working with films from other filmmakers and production houses across India.
