FromSoftware hasn’t released a game update for Elden Ring Nightreign for months, but that changes today, September 18.
However, before anyone gets too excited, this is a minor patch that doesn’t bring any new gameplay content. The patch is out on the PS4 and PS5, and shows up as Elden Ring Nightreign update 1.23/1.003.004, respectively.
Elden Ring Nightreign Receives Update on September 18
Per FromSoftware, today’s patch does the following: “The #ELDENRING #NIGHTREIGN PlayStation servers will undergo maintenance on Sept. 18 to deploy a hotfix to improve security & network stability.
No additional content is included.”
As you can see, it’s more for stability than anything else.
Will we see more Elden Right Nightreign content or updates? It sure doesn’t seem like it given FromSoftware has been quiet on that front for months now.
Interestingly enough, the OG Elden Ring received an update for the Tarnished Edition content, and even a hotfix.
