Dove Cameron has officially turned her “boyfriend” into her husband.
The Disney Channel alum, 30, and Måneskin frontman Damiano David said “I do” on Sept. 24 at the Montalcino Town Hall in Tuscany, Italy, PEOPLE confirmed on Thursday. Prior to the intimate ceremony, Cameron and David, 27, were photographed arriving at the venue wearing big smiles and matching white suits. While Cameron accessorized with a draping cape, David wore a silk green scarf.
TMZ reports that friends and family were present as the couple exchanged vows and later gathered for a private celebration of less than 200 people at a nearby Tuscan estate.
Representatives for Cameron and David did not immediately respond to Entertainment Weekly‘s request for comment.
The couple, who have been romantically linked since 2023, opened up about their private lives in an interview published days before their wedding.
“Because of the way the internet works, people only see the big moments,” Cameron told Vogue in the Sept. 18 piece. “I was just in Malta accepting an award, and of course those photos stay in circulation. But in between that, there were two months when we were just grocery shopping, cooking, and figuring out our new juicer.”
Cameron additionally shared that the couple have made an effort to spend quality time together in one another’s countries. (David was born in Rome while the Descendants actress grew up in Los Angeles.)
“Entering worlds that aren’t my first experience and feeling embraced: It’s really one of the most important parts of my life,” she told the outlet. “When you meet people here, you feel like you’ve known them already. That’s my dream. I always feel like I know people anyway. I just want to skip to the part where we’re all friends.”
Cameron and David first crossed paths at the 2022 MTV Video Music Awards, where they were both competing for Best New Artist. They met at the same event a year later, where David invited her to visit Måneskin during a concert at New York’s Madison Square Garden.

Two years later, the couple sparked engagement rumors when they were photographed together in Australia, with Cameron wearing a diamond on her ring finger. Theyconfirmed their engagement in January 2026, with the actress sharing a carousel of photos highlighting her ring.
“My favourite part of being alive. Happy new year,” she wrote at the time, adding a ring emoji.
David shared the same set of photos with the simple caption, “It’s gonna be a beautiful year.”
