NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WZTV) —Dolly Parton’s life is being celebrated in a new comic book from TidalWave Comics.

Dolly Parton is a 28-page biography that shines a spotlight on the country music icon’s journey from East Tennessee to worldwide fame. The comic covers her career in music and Hollywood, her Dollywood theme park and her philanthropy, and includes special pages reflecting on her recent passing.

Michael Frizell wrote the comic while Ramon Salas and Pablo Martinena created the illustrations, with Martinena also designing the cover.
