Disney+‘s most-streamed TV show of 2026 has recently been revealed. But in an interesting twist, the ownership of the show does not belong toDisney.

In a recent update from <a href="https://www.hollywoodreporter.com/tv/tv-news/stranger-things-streaming-charts-first-half-2026-1236663747/” rel=”nofollow noopener” target=”_blank”>The Hollywood Reporter, Disney+’s Bluey has continued to maintain its charm with audiences. The animated TV series has once again landed at the top of Nielsen’s acquired series list. It has garnered a total of 22.81 billion viewing minutes. And that’s not all.

Bluey also ranks second in the overall top 20 list, leaving behind shows like Grey’s Anatomy, The Pitt, and more. For the overall first position, it was season 5 of Stranger Things that took the crown.

Who does own Disney+’s most-streamed show of 2026?

Disney+’s most-viewed kids’ show, Bluey, is produced by Ludo Studio. The kids’ favorite animated series is jointly commissioned by the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) alongside the Australian Broadcasting Corporation. As a result, the BBC retains all global distribution rights for it.

Such an achievement is actually not a surprise for Bluey. The Australian show has been dominating the ratings charts for quite some time now. Back in 2024, it won the crown of being the most-watched show of the year. Putting on some quality content throughout, Bluey once again kept its top position intact in 2025. It garnered a total of 45.2 billion viewing minutes last year.

This was impressive as the show had some stern opponents to deal with. Grey’s Anatomy finished second last year with 40.92 billion minutes. Another fan-favorite, Stranger Things, finished in third place on the overall list with a total viewing of 39.95 billion minutes. The show also clinched the second overall position in 2023, with Suits taking the top spot.

Bluey centers around a blue Heeler puppy who is full of excitement. Embarking on adventures with her sister Bingo, the hilarious outcomes have become the USP of the show.
