Property-registration documents reviewed by Square Yards show that Prithviraj Productions Private Limited purchased a duplex in Mumbai’s Pali Hill for Rs 30.6 crore in September 2024. The property, in Narain Terraces, measures around 2,970 square feet and includes four car parking spaces.
The deal was said to have involved stamp duty of around Rs 1.84 crore and registration charges of Rs 30,000.
Prithviraj and his wife Supriya Menon were also said to have another apartment in Pali Hill worth close to Rs 17 crore.
The actor has also been linked to a collection of luxury cars. Prithviraj has been connected to luxury models including the Lamborghini Urus, Mercedes-AMG G 63, Range Rover Vogue, Land Rover Defender 110 and Porsche Cayenne.
The Lamborghini Urus has attracted a lot of attention in this regard, and the price of this SUV varies greatly depending on the version and specifications.
