(WJAR) —We’re a mere two months away from the 2026 edition of Rhode Island Comic Con, presented by Altered Reality Entertainment.
Over the summer, organizers added steadily to the show’s guest list – it now tops 100 guests from comics, movies, animation, video games, and more.
RICC just completed one of its patented (not patented) theme weeks, unfurling a list of guest attendees from the Amazon Prime series “The Boys”.
The brutal superhero satire lived its first life as a comic book, created by Garth Ennis, and Darick Robertson.
The subsequent Amazon Prime series ran for 40 episodes over five seasons, the last of which premiered back in April, and has spawned two spin-offs.

“The Boys” cast members Karl Urban (Billy Butcher), Jack Quaid (Hughie Campbell), Laz Alonso (Mother’s Milk), Karen Fukuhara (Kimiko Miyashiro), Tomer Capone (Frenchie), Jim Beaver (Robert Singer), and Hamish Linklater (Cipher in the show’s “Gen V” spin-off) are all set to appear at Rhode Island Comic Con in November.
While that list is somewhat incomplete, “The Boys” panel is sure to be a good one.
Also, there’s not yet a cast photo-op available for purchase so, maybe there’s more to come?
One RICC guest I’m personally excited to see is Ken Jeong.

Since his breakout performance as Mr. Chow in “The Hangover” in 2009, Jeong has been seen everywhere, from his own semi-autobiographical sitcom “Dr. Ken”, to voicing Bobby in the massive Netflix hit, “K-Pop Demon Hunters”.
He’s amassed more than 130 acting credits – including his role as Ben Chang in the NBC sitcom “Community.”
In simplest terms, “Community” is my favorite show of all time.
Not just my favorite sitcom (though it is).
Not just my favorite ensemble cast (though it is).
Not just my favorite show with a season staple paintball episode (though it is).
Jeong may be my celeb to meet at this year’s show.
I noticed three other “Community” stars (Joel McHale, Jim Rash, Danny Pudi) are appearing with Jeong at New York Comic Con in October.
If they get added to Rhode Island Comic Con my wallet will be in serious trouble.
The Rhode Island Comic Con guest list is also bolstered by the likes of George Takei (“Star Trek”), John DiMaggio (“Futurama”), Stephen Amell (“Arrow”), and Alec Baldwin (“30 Rock”).
Cast team-up photo ops are available for “Boy Meets World”, “Happy Days”, “NCIS”, “Regular Show” and more.
We likely won’t see the panel schedule for another month or more, but it’s going to be jam-packed with cast reunions, celebrity features, and industry deep-dives.
This year’s guest list is already a massive one, and there’s still two months to go until Rhode Island Comic Con opens.
Rhode Island Comic Con runs November 6-8 at the Rhode Island Convention Center, The AMP, and the Omni Providence Hotel.
Tickets are available now through Ticketmaster, and all Toy Vault locations.
