It wouldn’t be a Gears of War game without some <a href="https://comicvibe.com/act-2-collectibles-gears-of-war-e-day-guide/” title=”Act 2 Collectibles – Gears of War: E-Day Guide”>collectibles, and there are a veritable ton of them to find in E-Day. In total, there are a whopping 140 collectibles to find over the course of the game, but some are deviously well-hidden. In this guide, we’re going to split coverage into each of the game’s five acts, showing you exactly where you’ll find each collectible across every mission.
Before we get started, it’s worth offering some general collectible-hunting tips so that you can more easily get started.
Listen for the Sting
When you’re near a collectible, you won’t get a large notification about it, as you do with hardcases. However, the game doesn’t expect you to hunt completely blindly. If you keep your ears pinned back, you’ll hear a distinctively mysterious little stinger plays when you’re near one. Listen closely and start hunting when you hear that sound!
Use Your Tac-Com
Collectibles are illuminated in your Tac-Com, which you can access at any time by hitting LB. Note that the range isn’t great, however, so you’ll need to be pretty near the collectible for it to show up.
