The company’s quoted securities remain at 388,561,874 ordinary fully paid shares (ASX: CEH). The filing notes that the automatically generated figures in the securities on issue section may not reflect the entity’s current issued capital if other relevant forms are simultaneously being processed by ASX. No additional 10% placement capacity under Listing Rule 7.1A was used in connection with this issue.
