Black Torch Anime Gets Hindi Dub Streaming Release

The Black Torch anime is now available to stream in Hindi on Crunchyroll, giving Indian fans another way to watch the supernatural action series after its 2026 debut.

Based on the manga by Tsuyoshi Takaki, Black Torch follows Jiro Azuma, a teenage ninja descendant who can communicate with animals. His life changes after he rescues Rago, a powerful mononoke. When the two are forced to merge to survive, Jiro gains extraordinary abilities and is recruited into a secret organisation that fights supernatural threats..

The series features modern-day action with Japanese folklore, combining fast-paced battles, ninja techniques, and monsters inspired by traditional mythology. At the centre of the story is the partnership between Jiro and Rago, whose clashing personalities drive much of the series.

The anime is produced by 100Studio and premiered in 2026. It adapts Tsuyoshi Takaki’s manga, which was serialised in Shueisha’s Jump SQ. magazine from 2016 to 2018 before concluding with five collected volumes.

Although the manga had a relatively short run, Black Torch built a dedicated following thanks to its energetic fight scenes, distinctive artwork, and supernatural setting. Its anime adaptation finally arrived several years after the manga ended, bringing the series to a wider audience.
