Top Hat Studios, along with 13th Street Studio, today unveiled Becrowned for Nintendo Switch 2. The game is set to launch in Q1 2027.

Becrowned is a surreal horror experience that encompasses the lurid atmosphere of 1970s and 1980s grindhouse cinema and the surrealist dark satirical humor of 70s French horror. Russian cultural and literary references have shaped the project as well.

A tale of a man who became a prisoner of his own ambitions.

Richard Torrance is a man who will do anything to get what he wants: with strong will, unbreakable character – rationality, reason, and cold-blood, fate should twist itself around his finger.
