The aftermath of Kushal Tandon’s explosive confrontation inside the Alliance headquarters turned unexpectedly emotional as the actor broke down in tears while confiding in Seema Sajdeh. What began as frustration over the events quickly transformed into a heartfelt conversation, with Seema reminding Kushal that true strength lies not in reacting, but in choosing restraint.
Kushal Tandon breaks down in tears
Still visibly upset, Kushal struggled to come to terms with everything that had unfolded. Frustrated over the confrontation, he said, “Aaya, kaise bola… letter phaad raha hai. What they want? They want this.”
Refusing to let him spiral further, Seema calmly replied, “Kushal, you don’t have to play into their hands. Your izzat is in your hands.” Giving Kushal a reality check, she said, “Can I tell you one thing? You’re driving your own narrative outside. Teri jo baatein hongi bahar, it will be based on this. You’re being so stupid, I can’t tell you.”
As the conversation grew more emotional, Sohail Khan stepped in to soften Seema’s words, saying, “Stupid in one sense… she means innocent.”
Agreeing, Seema continued, “Innocent… you’re behaving like a child. You know, I really feel sometimes main Yohan se baat kar rahi hoon.” Unable to hold back his emotions any longer, Kushal broke down, admitting through tears, “Seema ji… I don’t wanna stay.”

Trying to reassure him, Seema reminded Kushal of the influence he already held inside the game. “You know you’ve got so much power at the moment. Tujhe pata nahi chal raha hai how much power you have. The fact that everybody is so hila hua by you… you have power. Flip it.”
In one of the most vulnerable moments of the season,Kushalconfessed, “Just because I don’t show doesn’t mean I’m always strong. I am the only son of my family. If something happens to me, what will happen to them?”
Determined to help him see the bigger picture, Seema comforted him, saying, “Nothing will happen to you. Kuch nahi hone wala hai tere ko”
Ending the conversation with perhaps her strongest advice yet, Seema urged Kushal to turn his emotions into his biggest strength. “Your power is in your hand. Resilience and power and perseverance is in your hand. Kyun de rahe ho? You’re handing it on a platter. You turn around and walk away… just look the other way and walk away. You know how big you will look on national television if you do that.”
The emotionally charged exchange offered a rare glimpse into Kushal’s vulnerable side, while Seema emerged as the voice of reason, reminding him that sometimes the strongest move isn’t to fight back but to walk away.
