Airtasker Limited (ASX: ART) has secured three-year strategic media partnerships with NOVA <a href="https://comicvibe.com/festival-features-entertainment-all-day/” title=”Festival features entertainment all day”>Entertainment and a subsidiary of oOh!media (ASX: OML), to expand its brand reach across Australia.

Each partner will provide Airtasker with $5.5 million in media capital over the next three years, giving the online local-services marketplace access to national out-of-home, radio, digital audio and podcast inventory.

The agreements extend Airtasker’s capital-efficient media partnership strategy after brand salience, measured as unprompted brand awareness, increased 20% during the 2026 financial year.

The company enters the new arrangements after Australian revenue rose 11.3% on the prior comparative period to $46.3m and marketplace gross merchandise value (GMV) reached a record $211.6m.

    Expanded National Media Reach

oOh!media will provide Airtasker with access to more than 30,000 sites across Australia spanning billboards, street furniture, airports, office towers, and retail centres.

NOVA adds eight metropolitan radio stations across five major capital cities, along with digital audio, podcasts and Coles Radio in more than 800 stores nationally.

The renewed oOh!media relationship is joined by NOVA for the first time, adding a broad audio ecosystem to Airtasker’s existing outdoor media reach.

“The era of AI is set to accelerate a shift in human labour toward local trades and skilled craft work; work that is hands-on and in-person,” chief executive officer Tim Fung said.

“Demand for what we do is going to grow, and these partnerships let us further strengthen our position as the number one marketplace for local services in Australia.”

    Convertible Note Payments

The oOh!media arrangement provides $5.5m of advertising services excluding goods and services tax (GST) in exchange for a $5.0m unsecured convertible note carrying a 4.9% coupon.

At maturity, Airtasker may convert the outstanding oOh!media note and accrued interest into ordinary shares at a 10% discount to the 30-trading-day volume-weighted average share price (VWAP) ending on the maturity date or repay the amount in cash.

NOVA will provide $5.5m of advertising services excluding GST in exchange for a $5.5m unsecured convertible note carrying the same 4.9% coupon.

Airtasker has the same conversion or cash repayment option for the NOVA note, although conversion into ordinary shares at the 10% discount to the applicable VWAP is subject to shareholder approval.

Both convertible notes will rank equally with any other convertible note issued by Airtasker in connection with the provision of media advertising services.

    Marketplace Growth Strategy

Airtasker Australia generated revenue of $46.3m in the 2026 financial year, up 11.3% on the prior comparative period, as activity across its local-services marketplace continued to expand.

Australian marketplace GMV rose 10.9% to a record $211.6m while the monetisation rate improved by 10 basis points to 21.9%.

Airtasker’s stronger marketplace performance follows the 20% increase in brand salience achieved during the year through its broader media partnership strategy.

“These partnerships help us grow our brand in a capital efficient way, with national reach across out of home and audio, and the flexibility to go big when it counts,” Mr Fung said.
