bbno$ put on a show in Roblox.

Roblox wants to be more than just a game-building platform. It wants to become the place you go to hear hit music, and it is amassing the rights deals it needs to make that push.

Through a partnership with the indie distribution company Too Lost, Roblox will add a library of tracks from popular artists. Game builders will be able to spruce up their worlds with a soundtrack that includes notable names like Teddy Swims, Alex Warren, and A$ap Ferg.

According to an announcement made on the Roblox developer forum, the tracks from Too Lost can be found within the platform’s Creator Store. Music produced by Roblox creators is becoming more discoverable, too. By putting song info on game details pages, Roblox is letting its users discover and sample indie music.

Since hosting virtual concerts from Lil Nas X and Zara Larsson at the beginning of the 2020s, Roblox has increased its presence in the music industry. A deal with Sony Music presaged the arrival of more Roblox concerts, and another one of the “Big Three” labels — Warner Music — used the platform to host a virtual Super Bowl show headlined by Saweetie.

Bruno Mars’ 2026 Roblox concert, which took place within the popular game Steal a Brainrot, showed how big the platform’s music scene has become. Mars attracted 12.8 million concurrent viewers, setting a new Roblox record.

Most recently, the Canadian rapper bbno$ came to Roblox with a charity concert. He raised over $100,000 for the Internet Watch Foundation while playing to 28 million unique viewers, with a peak audience of 8.5 million concurrents.

Events like this one show that Roblox is ready to be a venue for Top 40 hitmakers, just like YouTube and TikTok are. A partnership with Spotify and the launch of a Billboard-style chart have provided the infrastructure that supports Roblox’s pop music ascension.

Now, Too Lost and its artist partners are part of that ecosystem. Pop hits are about to become a lot more common within Roblox worlds, and that will reinforce the platform’s status as a place where people can go to hear the hottest music.
