How to Watch World Championship, Curaçao vs Nevada
Nevada completed its undefeated run through the bracket on Saturday with a 12-2 run-rule victory over Hamilton, Ohio, in five innings in the U.S. championship game. Nevada broke the game open with a five-run second inning and ended it with four runs in the bottom of the fifth. Maddox Bryan finished 2-for-3 with three RBI and Brooks McFarland drove in a pair of runs. Owen Guzman worked the first 3.2 innings while also going 3-for-3 at the plate.
Jaymiëll Martina worked the first 5.2 innings for Curaçao on Saturday, striking out 12 and allowing only two hits in a 4-0 win over Japan in the International Championship. Curaçao took the lead with three unearned runs in the third inning before Martina doubled home its final tally in the fourth.
The Paseo Verde Little League of Henderson, Nevada, is in its second LLBWS after reaching the U.S. semifinal in 2024. For Curaçao, it is the first appearance for Willemstad’s Pariba Little League while the country’s capital city has been represented by the Pabao Little League in Williamsport 13 times, including a championship in 2004.
