Flutter Entertainment India, the Hyderabad based Global Capability Centre of Flutter Entertainment, has appointed Seema Padman as General Manager of its Hyderabad GCC.
Padman joined Flutter Entertainment India in April 2024 as its People Leader and has been involved in the growth of the Hyderabad Capability Centre. During her tenure, the centre expanded to more than 1,000 colleagues, with teams established across emerging and high priority capabilities.
As People Leader, Padman also worked on building a people first culture at the centre.
Commenting on her appointment, Seema Padman, General Manager, Flutter Entertainment India, said, “I’ve seen first hand the depth of talent, capability and ambition within the Hyderabad GCC. I’m looking forward to bringing those strengths together and working with our leaders to create an environment where both our people and our business can thrive. I’m excited about the opportunity ahead, and about the contribution Hyderabad can make to Flutter’s global organization.”
In her new role as Country Leader, Padman will lead the Hyderabad Capability Centre’s next phase of growth. Her responsibilities will include working with Flutter’s leadership team to scale capabilities, strengthen delivery for the Group’s brands and build a high performance, inclusive culture.
She will also drive the centre’s contribution to Flutter Edge, the Group’s capabilities across technology, product, talent and global scale.
