The Plastic-Verse is expanding once again. Image Comics has announced that Narco, the latest absurdist thriller from the creative team of Doug Wagner and Daniel Hillyard, will be collected in trade paperback format this fall.
Wagner and Hillyard, the duo behind other fan-favorite Plastic-Verse titles like Plastic, Plush, Vinyl, and I Was A FashionSchool Serial Killer, have carved out a unique niche with their signature blend of dark humor, horror, and crime. Since the debut of their interconnected universe, the series has seen impressive success, selling over 400,000 copies worldwide.
Narco tells the story of Marcus Wesphal, a man suffering from a rare form of narcolepsy that causes him to black out whenever he gets excited. After witnessing his neighbor’s murder—and promptly passing out immediately after—he finds himself the prime suspect. Forced out of his comfortable, homebound life, Wesphal must embark on a dangerous mission to find the real killer and clear his name.
The trade paperback collection is set to hit local comic shops on Wednesday, October 7, followed by a wide <a href="https://comicvibe.com/sony-ceo-says-playstation-hasnt-fixed-a-release-date-for-ps6-yet/” title=”Sony CEO Says PlayStation Hasn't Fixed a Release Date for PS6 Yet”>release at major booksellers like Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and more on Tuesday, November 3.
