Spice Lounge Food Works Secures Over Rs 21 Crore Order from Xora World for Live Entertainment Services
Spice Lounge Food Works Limited, formerly known as Shalimar Agencies Limited, has secured an order worth more than ₹21 crore from Xora World for event management and live entertainment services, marking a significant business development for the company.
According to the company’s regulatory disclosure dated August 12, 2026, the contract has been awarded by Xora World for activities related to live events and entertainment. The aggregate order value is in excess of ₹21 crore, providing a sizeable addition to the company’s business pipeline.
Order to be Executed Within Four Months
The order involves event management and live entertainment services and is expected to be executed within four months. The company has classified Xora World as a domestic entity awarding the contract.
Spice Lounge Food Works said the transaction does not involve any interest of the promoter or promoter group in the awarding entity. It has also clarified that the transaction does not fall under related-party transactions.
Expansion of Live Entertainment Business
The order comes as the company looks to strengthen its presence in the live entertainment and events segment through its Xora World vertical.
