The official X/Twitter account of the upcomingEven the Student Council Has Its Holes!TV anime series has revealed itsnewest character visual and trailerconfirming the cast addition ofYumi Uchiyama. The anime is scheduled to premiere in Japan in October 2026.
Uchiyama will voice the homeroom teacher Satomi Hiratsuka. She has previously voiced Rudeus Greyrat inMushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnationand Eren Yamagishi inEren the Southpaw.
She joins a previously announced voice cast that include:

- •Haruka Shiraishias Hisako Kotobuki
- •Miyu Tomitaas Komaro Michinoku
- •Hiyori Konoas Tan Otori
The four cast members listed above also received character trailers and visuals in the past few weeks.
Naoyuki Tatsuwa(Even the Student Council Has Its Holes!animated PV chief director,Nisekoi) is directing the anime series, withRyo Imamura(PV storyboard artist, unit director, character designer et al.,Onimaicharacter designer et al.,) as character designer andMasahiro Yokotani(Re: ZEROseries composer and co-scriptwriter) as series composer and scriptwriter.Passioneis in charge of the animation production.
The slice of life4-koma manga seriesis written and drawn byMuchimaro. It was first serialized in Kodansha’s Weekly Shonen Magazine on April 27, 2022 and has released 12 tankobon volumes as of March 2026. A 13th volume will be published in Japan on August 17, 2026. It is also available to read digitally in English on the K MANGA app.
The series was the winner of the Next Manga Awards 2023’s print manga category. It is also known in Japan asSeitokai ni mo Ana wa Aru!or There Is Also a Hole in the Student Organization!
