AJ Tracey joins Formula E London E-Prix
Formula E has confirmed that British rapper AJ Tracey will perform live at the 2026 Hankook London E-Prix. The West London artist will take the stage on Sunday, August 16, before the final race of the 2025-26 Formula E season. His performance will be part of the entertainment planned for fans at the Excel in London. AJ Tracey will headline the Fan Village Stage from 1:00 pm to 1:50 pm (local time), performing a 50-minute live set before the action begins on track.

Fans can expect a high-energy performance with some of his biggest songs before he also appears on the starting grid to build excitement ahead of the season-ending race. Formula E said the performance is part of its plan to combine world-class racing with live music and entertainment at the championship’s only indoor-outdoor circuit.AJ Tracey said he is looking forward to performing in front of his home crowd in London. “Nothing compares to the energy of performing in my hometown – London, but this is going to be a special one. I’m looking forward to bringing the energy to Formula E!” he said.AJ Tracey is one of the UK’s most successful and respected rap artists. After a four-year break from releasing an album, he returned with Don’t Die Before You’re Dead, a personal project that explores themes such as family, faith, fame, resilience and personal growth. The album blends grime, garage and R&B and features collaborations with Jorja Smith, Aitch, Headie One and the MTP collective.The musician has enjoyed major success throughout his career. His song Ladbroke Grove, produced by Conducta, became the biggest independent single of 2019. It spent 14 weeks in the UK Top 10 and earning double platinum status. Other popular tracks include West Ten with Mabel, Dinner Guest featuring MoStack, Rain with Aitch, and Ain’t It Different with Stormzy.

Nine drivers still fighting for the title
The London E-Prix will decide one of the closest championship battles in Formula E history. Nine drivers are still mathematically in the race for the ABB FIA Formula E Drivers’ World Championship, with 58 points still available across the two races.Jake Dennis leads the standings, but Mitch Evans, Pascal Wehrlein, Oliver Rowland, Edoardo Mortara, Antonio Felix da Costa, Nick Cassidy, Nico Muller and Nyck de Vries are all still in contention. The title fight could go right down to the final laps of the season.
