    Sphere Entertainment Q2 revenue rises 11% to $313.6 million

    Sphere Entertainment Q2 revenue rises 11% to 3.6 million

    Sphere Entertainment (SPHR) reported second-quarter 2026 revenue of $313.6 million, up 11% from the prior-year quarter. The company reported an operating loss of $61.3 million and adjusted operating income of $50.9 million.

    The Sphere segment posted revenue of $226.4 million, up 29%, while MSG Networks revenue fell 18% to $87.3 million. The company also cited progress on Sphere Abu Dhabi, National Harbor plans, new content and an extended Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix partnership.

    • GAAP net loss was $38.3 million, compared with net income of $151.8 million a year earlier.
    • Basic and diluted loss per share were both $1.07.
    • The Wizard of Oz at Sphere surpassed $400 million in ticket sales with more than three million tickets sold.
    • Sphere Abu Dhabi construction is expected to be completed by the end of 2029.
    • The Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix partnership was extended through 2030.
