Comic-Con 2026 begins as Barbie bombshells and Marvel hunks spotted in cosplay

The first day of Comic-Con <a href="https://comicvibe.com/ultimate-gym-game-codes-july-2026/” title=”Ultimate Gym Game codes July 2026″>2026 saw thousands of sci-fi, anime and film fans descend upon San Diego dressed as their favourite characters wearing detailed cosplay outfits

Comic-Con 2026 is well and truly underway and some seriously cool character have been spotted wandering the streets. Hosted in San Diego, Comic-Con, which stands for comic book convention, is a multi-day event for fans of comic books, anime, gaming, sci-fi, fantasy, films and TV series to gather and celebrate their interests together.

Visitors usually dress up as their favourite characters for the occasion, usually in detailed outfits called cosplay, and enjoy exploring the vendors that sell artwork and merchandise related to their special interest.

Attendees are also treated to panel discussions and Q&A sessions with actors, writers, directors and the other celebrities involved in bringing their favourite franchises to life.
