‘VisionQuest’: Everything We Know About the Final Chapter of the ‘WandaVision’ Trilogy

Five years after WandaVision left the White Vision flying off in search of his identity, Marvel Studios has finally revealed when fans will see the synthezoid again.
During Disney’s 2026 Upfront presentation in New York City, Marvel Television announced that VisionQuest, the long-awaited Disney+ series starring Paul Bettany, will premiere on October 14. The series serves as the final chapter in the trilogy that began with WandaVision and continued with Agatha All Along.

The eight-episode series will debut on Wednesday, October 14, on Disney+.
What is VisionQuest about?
Created by showrunner Terry Matalas, VisionQuest follows the “White Vision” (Paul Bettany) as he struggles to regain his humanity and memories following the events of WandaVision.
The show acts as the third and final chapter of the story arc that began with WandaVision and continued through Agatha All Along.
The title is borrowed from a 1989 Marvel <a href="https://comicvibe.com/stars-of-the-world-cup-come-to-life-in-comic-book-form/” title=”Stars of the World Cup Come to Life in Comic Book Form”>comic by writer and artist John Byrne where Vision is kidnapped by government agents, entirely dismantled and rebuilt into a new colorless body that lacks all the memories and emotions of the original Vision.

Paul Bettany will return as Vision, the beloved android and Avenger. James Spader will also appear in the series as Ultron, reprising his role from 2015’s Avengers: Age of Ultron. The cast also includes Henry Lewis, Jonathan Sayer, James D’Arcy, Orla Brady, Emily Hampshire, and Ruaridh Mollica.
Mollica was confirmed to be playing an older version of Tommy Maximoff in the Bettany-led series at New York Comic Con on October 11. Mollica will take over the role from Jett Klyne, who portrayed the character, one of Wanda Maximoff (Elizabeth Olsen) and Vision’s (Bettany) twin sons, in WandaVision and Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness.
