The meeting, held in Hyderabad, saw the Board endorse 14 key governance documents aimed at strengthening corporate oversight and transparency.
The revised framework addresses critical operational and governance areas. Notably, the Board updated the Policy on Related Party Transactions and the Policy for Determining Material Subsidiaries. It also adopted the Policy for Determination of Materiality of Events or Information, which guides the company in assessing the significance of corporate developments for disclosure purposes.
