Jio launches the Rs 55 JioTV Pro Pack, offering 1,000+ live TV channels, 150+ premium channels, 30-day validity, and multilingual entertainment through the JioTV app for prepaid and postpaid users.

Jio has introduced a new entertainment-focused recharge plan priced at Rs 55 that gives subscribers access to more than 1,000 live TV channels through the JioTV app. Called the JioTV Pro Pack, the recharge is valid for 30 days and is available for both Jio prepaid and postpaid users.
The new plan is designed for users who primarily want access to television content on their smartphones without opting for a bundled voice or data recharge. Once the recharge is completed, eligible users can simply log in to the JioTV app using their Jio number to begin streaming, with no separate activation process required.
According to Jio, the pack includes over 1,000 live TV channels across more than 16 languages. It also provides access to over 150 premium channels spanning entertainment, movies, news, kids, lifestyle and regional programming.
The premium channel lineup includes content from broadcasters such as JioStar, Sony Entertainment, Sun TV Network, Warner Bros. Discovery and ETV. Popular channels available with the recharge include StarPlus HD, Colors HD, Sony Entertainment Television HD, Sony SAB HD, Discovery, Animal Planet and several regional TV channels. However, sports channels from JioStar and Sony are not included in the subscription.
The Rs 55 JioTV Pro Pack is an entertainment-only recharge and does not include voice calling, SMS or additional data benefits. Users must have an active Jio prepaid or postpaid mobile connection to use the service. The subscription works on one mobile device through the JioTV app.
Jio also says that customers can recharge with the plan multiple times in advance. In such cases, the subscriptions will be queued automatically, with each new 30-day validity period beginning after the previous one expires.
The new recharge is available through Jio’s online recharge platforms as well as offline retail channels across the country.
