From Far Away (JP: 彼方から, Kanata kara) anime will begin airing in October 2026 on TOKYO MX, ABC TV, and WOWOW. A teaser visual, promotional video, and details of the main cast have also been revealed. The entire original story will be adapted into an anime under the full supervision of creator Kyoko Hikawa

From Far Away was serialized in LaLa from 1991 to 2002. The otherworld fantasy follows Noriko, a girl transported to another world, and Izark, a solitary wandering warrior. Their encounter sets sweeping events into motion that will change the entire world
