O’Keeffe Stevens Advisory, an investment advisory firm, released its third-quarter 2026 investor letter. The letter can be downloaded here. The letter describes a narrow Q3 2026 market rally—mega-cap gains lifted the S&P 500 to 2.3% while most stocks and smaller-cap indexes fell—and notes the portfolio’s Octave purchase, M&T Bank sale, and Corning options repurchase. The letter raises concerns about the scale and financing of AI infrastructure spending, despite strong demand and AI’s potential, and closes by reaffirming a disciplined approach: own durable businesses at reasonable prices, hold cash when valuations are stretched, and manage position risk. Also, check the Fund’s top five holdings to see its best picks for 2026.

In its Q3 2026 investor letter, O’Keeffe Stevens Advisory highlighted Sphere Entertainment Co. (NYSE:SPHR). Sphere Entertainment Co. (NYSE:SPHR) is a US-based live entertainment and media company. “Sphere Entertainment Co. (NYSE:SPHR) -22.3%, after a 47.5% gain in Q2. The venue business is still growing (Q2 Sphere revenue +29%). The Wizard of Oz has slowed from its early run, and Las Vegas visitation fell 4.3% y/y in August. In Q2, we wrote that great assets often have longer right tails than one underwrites. The path along that tail is rarely smooth.”
