PlayStation has <a href="https://blog.playstation.com/<a href="https://comicvibe.com/anime-vs-anime-codes-october-2026/” title=”Anime vs Anime codes October 2026″>2026/10/28/first-look-inside-the-prism-collection-with-three-new-transparent-designs-for-ps5-accessories/” rel=”nofollow noopener” target=”_blank”>announced a new range of transparent DualSense wireless controllers, the Prism Collection, with matching PS5 console covers. Each accessory comes in one of three colors: Flare Orange, Emerald Green, and Graphite Gray.
The new DualSense controllers use a transparent, high-gloss finish that shows the controller’s internal parts. The matching PS5 console covers share the same transparent aesthetic, letting players see parts of the console beneath the exterior. Sony says this collection is a fresh take on “the iconic see-through trend of the late ’90s in a fresh, modern way.”
It’s hard not to compare these snazzy accessories to the Xbox 25th Anniversary console and controller, which shipped just last week and both feature translucent, high-saturation finishes. Planned move, or pure coincidence?

In the US, the Prism Collection DualSense controller will cost $84.99, and the console cover will cost $74.99. In the United Kingdom, Europe, and Japan, prices are £74.99 and £64.99, €84.99 and €74.99, and ¥12,480 and ¥9,980, respectively.
Preorders begin November 10, with shipments beginning February 4.
