And it has a 98% Rotten Tomatoes score
While everyone is buzzing about a new mystery comedy, getting spooked by a supernatural horror series or reaching for the tissues over a Zac Efron throwback, I have one question: How are more people not talking about the return of one of Netflix‘s most binge-worthy thrillers? Lupin is back, and it’s currently sitting on the streamer’s Top 10 list.
The latest installment of the French mystery thriller arrived on Netflix on Oct. 23. While it’s currently hanging out toward the bottom of the Top 10, the series made a much bigger splash upon its initial release, debuting at number one.

Part 4 picks up four years after the events of part 3. Assane’s son, Raoul (Théo Christine), is nearly an adult, and Assane wants to keep a promise he made to him: traveling to Senegal together to visit their family. But when Assane’s determination to prove his innocence gets in the way of those plans, their relationship starts to suffer.
Haven’t watched Lupin yet? Allow me to make my case, especially if mystery, suspense and action-packed heists are your idea of a perfect TV night.
The series follows Assane Diop (Omar Sy), a charming, hyper-intelligent master thief who always seems to be one step ahead of everyone else. Think Sherlock meets Ocean’s Eleven meets Catch Me If You Can, with slick twists, clever schemes and a seriously magnetic lead performance.
Every episode has you wondering whether Assane will pull off his latest plan or finally get caught. And just when you think you’ve figured everything out, the story throws another curveball your way.
Still need convincing? The series has earned an impressive 98 percent critics’ score on Rotten Tomatoes. That’s a pretty compelling reason to add it to your watchlist.
Even better, there are four parts available to binge. So, if you’re looking for your next can’t-stop-watching series, consider this your sign to press play.
