The discovery gained attention after a Reddit user shared a screenshot from Rockstar’s 27-minute GTA 6 Extended Look video. The post, pointed out a building with signage that appeared to read Sandeep Plaza. The clip comes from a street sequence showing the game’s detailed recreation of Miami-inspired neighbourhoods. Fans have identified the building in the Ocean Beach area of Vice City, part of the fictional state of Leonida.
The shopping complex appears briefly during a driving sequence around the 15-minute mark of Rockstar’s Extended Look video.

Interestingly, some detailed frame-by-frame analyses identify the signage as Sandpiper Plaza, so the exact name remains disputed.

That remains unclear.
