<a href="https://comicvibe.com/linux-7-4-introduces-new-driver-for-the-nintendo-switch-2-thanks-to-valve/” title=”Linux 7.4 Introduces New Driver For The Nintendo Switch 2 – Thanks To Valve”>Nintendo Switch 2 owners are having a good time at the moment. The fantastic new Fire Emblem game is out, we’ve got an Ocarina of Time remake on the horizon, and who knows what other surprises the company has in store for gamers. It’s all very exciting, but it’s also all very memory-intensive, and that means that there’s a high chance your console is running out of space quickly.
The trouble is that the Switch 2 needs a very specific kind of SD card to actually get any more space. They can be pretty expensive, but we’ve found a good deal on one today. The Samsung 256GB P9 Express MicroSDXC Card is usually $80, but today it’s got 25% off. That’s a great discount, and it means you can get loads more games on your console for $60.
More Games Means More Fun
The Samsung 256GB P9 Express MicroSDXC Card adds, as you would probably expect, 256GB of storage to a Nintendo Switch 2. All you need to do is slot it into your device, and then you’re going to be good to go. You can then download and install a bunch more games as you would normally, and because of how these are designed, you’ll barely notice a difference in loading speeds or anything else. These are made specifically for the console, so they work together in perfect harmony.
It’s also designed for durability. You can use this for as long as you want and never worry thanks to the dynamic thermal guard it has, which helps to reduce any overheating for better gameplay, but also a far longer lifespan. In fact, it has six different kinds of protection in place and a three-year limited warranty, that’s how confident Samsung is in this SD card. While 256GB isn’t a mass of space on some devices, Switch 2 games are still a lot smaller than you might expect, which means that you’ll be able to install absolutely loads of titles on this thing. It’s an incredibly good memory upgrade for Nintendo fans.
The only problem with these cards is that they simply don’t go on sale very often. They’re so niche that they don’t really have to, and it makes getting them for a better price a bit tricky. So, if you do want one, being quick to make the most of the $60 price tag is absolutely essential if you want to get the most out of your money.
