Control AV appointed Kevin Cartier as Chief Operating Officer and opened a new office in Orlando as part of the entertainment technology company’s expansion strategy. Cartier brings more than 20 years of operations leadership and project delivery experience across the cruise and themed entertainment industries.
His background includes delivering entertainment technology projects across North America and the Middle East.
As COO, Cartier will help oversee Control AV’s operations as the company expands its project portfolio and geographic presence.
The new Orlando office will serve as a base for design, engineering, and project delivery talent.
Control AV said Orlando offers access to a concentrated ecosystem of technical professionals, production capabilities, and creative studios that support large-scale experiential technology projects.
The Orlando location is the latest in the company’s planned expansion.

The company serves cruise, yacht, commercial, and entertainment customers.
Its services include consulting, design, integration, installation, fabrication, refit work, and turnkey project delivery.
Control AV now has offices in Miami, Turku, Totana, Marghera, Bogota, and Orlando.
