Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd (ZEEL) has received a formal notice from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) seeking information and disclosures as part of an ongoing regulatory inspection. Issued on <a href="https://comicvibe.com/playstation-plus-essential-october-free-games-rolling-out-now/” title=”PlayStation Plus Essential October Free Games Rolling Out Now”>October 5, 2026, by the Office of the Regional Director (Western Region II, Mumbai), the notice falls under Sections 210(1)(a) and 210(1)(c) of the Companies Act, 2013, following an earlier inspection initiated under Section 206(5) of the Act.
In a regulatory filing submitted under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements (LODR) Regulations, 2015, ZEEL categorized the regulatory action as an investigation involving the calling for information. The media network clarified that the notice pertains to the statutory information-gathering phase rather than a final enforcement order or monetary penalty, adding that the operational or financial impact of the inquiry cannot be quantified at this stage.
The disclosure, signed by Company Secretary Ashish Agarwal, affirmed that ZEEL has already submitted the initial documents requested by the MCA and remains fully committed to cooperating with regulatory authorities by providing additional submissions as required.
