    Jujutsu Kaisen Final Exhibition Adds New Shinjuku Showdown Arc Displays and Visitor Stickers

    New details have been announced for the Gege Akutami Jujutsu Kaisen Final Exhibition, including additional displays that explore the deeper creative process behind the manga’s final chapters and a new visitor bonus exclusive to the Shinjuku venue. The exhibition will feature further commentary from creator Gege Akutami on scenes from the Shinjuku Showdown Arc, along with previously unseen production materials.

    Final Exhibition Expands Domain Three

    The Gege Akutami Jujutsu Kaisen Final Exhibition will expand its Domain Three (Domain 3) exhibition area with new displays examining the deeper layers of the manga’s final stretch, corresponding to Volumes 28 through 30.

    The added material will focus on the closing stages of the story that were not previously revealed at earlier touring exhibitions.

    For various scenes from the Shinjuku Showdown Arc, in which protagonist Yuji Itadori and the other sorcerers confront Ryomen Sukuna, creator Gege Akutami will provide additional explanations in a Q&A format.

    Previously Unseen Production Materials to Be Displayed

    The exhibition will also feature a large number of materials being shown publicly at the venue for the first time.

    These will include storyboards, rough sketches, background artwork and other data kept by Akutami.

    The additional displays will allow visitors to follow more closely how Akutami conceived the manga’s final stages and how the work was developed together with his assistants into finished manuscript pages.

    Exclusive Visitor Stickers Feature Top 20 Characters

    A new visitor bonus has also been announced for the Shinjuku venue.

    The Final Exhibition Special Sticker features original designs based on the characters who placed in the Top 20 of the 4th Character Popularity Poll, which was published in Volume 28.

    Each visitor will receive two stickers selected at random from a total of 20 designs at the entrance to the exhibition area for each admission with an exhibition ticket, including invitation tickets.

    Exhibition Runs From December 25 to January 25

    The Gege Akutami Jujutsu Kaisen Final Exhibition will be held at Shinjuku Sumitomo Building Triangle Square (SANKAKU HIROBA) from December 25 through January 25, 2027.

    The venue is the final stop for the exhibition.

    Jujutsu Kaisen is a dark fantasy story in which high school student Yuji Itadori enters a world of battles involving curses after the seal on a powerful cursed object is broken.

    The manga was serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump from March 2018 to September 2024 and has surpassed 150 million copies in cumulative circulation.

    The first season of the television anime aired from October 2020 through March 2021. Jujutsu Kaisen 0 was released in theaters in December 2021 and recorded worldwide box-office revenue of 26.5 billion yen.

    The second television anime season aired from July through December 2023, followed by Jujutsu Kaisen: Culling Game Arc Part 1, which aired from January through March 2026.

    Gege Akutami Profile

    Gege Akutami made his debut in 2014 with Kamishiro Sosa.

    In 2017, Akutami serialized Tokyo Prefectural Jujutsu High School for a limited run in Jump GIGA.

    Jujutsu Kaisen was serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump from 2018 to 2024.

    From 2025 to 2026, Akutami served as the original creator of the Jujutsu Kaisen ≡ spin-off, illustrated by Yuji Iwasaki, which was also published in Weekly Shonen Jump.
