Media and entertainment group, Banijay Entertainment, today unveils its newly combined powerhouse of content for MIPCOM 2026. Celebrating highly anticipated premium scripted staples, versatile next-gen formats, and standout catalogue champions, the business teases the hits set to grace its newly named “Banijay House” in Cannes this October.
This year’s line-up is led by gripping legal drama Reputationand psychological thriller Maya; reality culinary competition 100 Knives and celebrity competition format Last One Standing; alongside the return of ground-breaking BAFTA-winning factual format One Born Every Minute. Bolstering its position as the number one home of franchises, for the first time the group also combines The Traitors, Survivor, Fear Factorand The Circle under one roof.

Headlining English-language premium scripted is brand-new legal drama Reputation from The Forge Entertainment for BBC One and BBC iPlayer; Maya, a psychological thriller about a mother and daughter in witness protection produced by Two Brothers Pictures for Channel 4 and Starz; and deeply romantic drama Open Waterfrom Mam Tor Productions and B-Side Productions for BBC One and BBC iPlayer. Factual drama The Murder of Mr. Moonlight, produced by Conker Pictures and Samson Films in association with Screen Ireland for BBC One, BBC iPlayer and RTÉ will also be featured. Returning favourites include Banijay Entertainment’s Rogue Heroes, A Remarkable Place to Die,A Woman of Substance, Bergerac,Midsomer Murders, The Assassin and more.
Elsewhere, the group celebrates the re-imagining of acclaimed detective drama,Wallander, by Jarowskij/Yellow Bird and Banijay Rights for TV4 andARD Degeto; Jarowskij/Yellow Bird’s psychological thriller Sarekfor Prime Video; and crime drama Fallen for TV4 and ZDF from Filmlance. From Marathon Studio and Terence Films is The Man Who Walked Through Walls for France TV, as well as Authentic Prod’s Cheers to Life! for TF1.
Showcasing the next generation of formats, Banijay Entertainment’s original line-up is led by high-pressure reality culinary competition 100 Knives, from Mastiff Sweden and Bunim/Murray Productions for TV4, which is already expanding internationally; and Last One Standing, the ultimate celebrity endurance challenge co-developed by RTL Creative Unit and SimpelZodiak for Videoland. The line-up also includes The Million Dollar Ideafrom Endemol Shine Germany for SAT.1, where everyday inventors transform brilliant ideas into market-ready products; and Nordisk Film TV’s Date Knight for DR P3, where roleplay creates the chance for genuine connection.
Closing Banijay Entertainment’s line-up are compelling factual offering, led by Dragonfly’s One Born Every Minutefor Channel 4; Workerbee and City Studio’s A Beautiful Obsession, a behind-the-scenes portrait of Manchester City FC; and sports docuseries Meet The Owens from Whisper both for Prime Video. From Lion TV, is science documentary Riddled with Plasticw/t for BBC Two and BBC iPlayer and The Epstein Filesw/t for Channel 4.
Underscoring Banijay Entertainment’s position as the world’s leading provider for streamers, upcoming Netflix launches include Beat Luke Littlerfrom Workerbee,Netflix, Will You Marry Me? co-produced by Workerbee and Initial, Simon Saysfrom Bunim/Murray Productions and Studio Lambert’sMonopoly, alongside returning scripted hits House of Guinnessfrom Kudos and Legends co-produced by Tannadice Pictures and Lion Television.
