Florence Pugh is giving a peek into her romance with Finn Cole.
The Midsommar star—who has been dating the Peaky Blinders actor since 2024—explained that while she understands being asked about their relationship, she has a reason she “might not tell you everything.”
“I don’t want to be a secret,” Pugh admitted to Vanity Fair in a feature published Sept. 25, “but I also don’t want everything to be divulged.”
And keeping their love life behind closed doors is worth it to the Academy Award nominee because of how much she values their connection.
“The important thing is that we’re happy, and I feel solid and safe and sturdy,” the 30-year-old continued. “And that’s worth its weight in gold in our lives.”
Cole had even joked with Pugh before the interview that he might crash it because he might become a topic of discussion. As she recalled, “He said, ‘Well, shall I pop by?'”

And though theLittle Women actress has protected her relationship from the public eye, she did confirm her relationship status after she and Cole were first romantically linked during an outing at the Glastonbury Music Festival in June 2024.
“We are figuring what we actually are,” Pugh told British Vogue in an interview published that September. “And I think for the first time, I’m not allowing myself to go on a roller-coaster. I’m allowing myself to take time to let something evolve and let it be completely real to its core, as opposed to racing into that.”
Yet even in the early stages of their courtship, the Little Drummer Girlalum—who previously dated Zach Braff from 2019 to 2022—was able to identify what she was looking for in a relationship.

However, their relationship didn’t last long, with news of their breakup coming out that September.

The duo first sparked romance rumors that February when they sat courtside at the Los Angeles Lakers vs. Charlotte Hornets basketball game. Later that month, they also attended Vanity Fair’s Instagram Young Hollywood party together.

Despite keeping his identity hidden before the celebratory Instagram story, Maloney previously shared with fans that she was in love.
“I have a boyfriend,” she revealed in an October episode of her costar Dana Kathan’s podcast Disrespectfully. “He just makes me feel really special, and he’s really special.”
The hard launch came seven months after Manganiello and Sofia Vergara announced their divorce after seven years married.
