Ella Grace Helton, 13, a Brevard County native, is starring in two major streaming series, including Netflix’s “Sweet Magnolias” and Apple TV’s new comedy “Brothers.”
Helton is back for season five of “Sweet Magnolias” and stars alongside Matthew McConaughey and Woody Harrelson in “Brothers.”
McConaughey and Harrelson play fictionalized versions of themselves in “Brothers,” where their friendship is tested after they discover they may actually be brothers.
Apple TV released the first two episodes on Sept. 23, with new episodes dropping Wednesdays.
Helton began acting at age 6 on ABC’s “United We Fall.” She later appeared alongside Adam Sandler in “Hubie Halloween” and Heather Graham in “Chosen Family.”
Though, she began commercial features as early as age 3.
Helton’s talent doesn’t only shine in front of the camera. The actress is also stepping behind the camera. Her short film “Baby Angel” will screen October 17 at the Melbourne Independent Filmmakers Festival as part of its “Rising Stars” program.
Helton continues to balance her growing career with her passion for storytelling, inspiring other young people to follow their dreams.
