The Big Thursday Night Quiz at Crewe Market Hall has relaunched under FrontGuyGary Entertainment.

The evening starts at 6.30pm with ‘Fifteen Minutes of Fame, giving local performers a chance to showcase their talents, before the main quiz begins at 7pm. The Crewe Prize Draw announcement is at 7.30pm.

Saturday – Crewe Comic Con @ Crewe Town Centre @ Grand Junction Retail Park

Crewe Comic Con is landing for a day of pop culture, comics, cosplay and family fun on Saturday 26 September.

Running from 11am to 4pm, enjoy photo opportunities with characters, film sets and vehicles, stage performances, cosplay competitions, and comic workshops.

Gumshoe Comics & Collectibles will be hosting retro games and Spencer Wilding, who played Darth Vader in Rogue One: A Star Wars Story.

In Crewe Market Hall, there will be photo opportunities with an Ewok village setting and the Star Wars land speeder outside.

Lyceum Square will have a stage with comedic performances as well as a performance from Poppies Krew doing K-pop demon hunters.

Queensway will showcase famous vehicles like the DeLorean, Lightning McQueen, a Barbie Fiat 500, a Jurassic Park Jeep and more.

There will also be crazy golf in Market Square. In PLATFORM, Market Street, there will be a comic book creator zone where comic book creators will show off their comic books.

Grand Junction Retail Park will have the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles van and a climbing wall.

Saturday Evening – Arctic Stereo Killers @ The Cosey

This is the go-to band for the biggest indie anthems.

With an extensive repertoire of singalong anthems, grooves to get you moving and mesmerising musicianship, Arctic Stereo Killers are sure to get the party started.

This event kicks off at 9pm, with The Cosey open until midnight.
