Central Ohio-based Victoria’s Secret is giving aspiring models a chance to earn their wings in a new YouTube docuseries.
“Angels Among Us” will follow a group of models competing to become the newest Victoria’s Secret Angel and walk in the company’s 2026 fashion show. The series premieres Sept. 27.
The winner will be revealed during the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show on Oct. 18 in Los Angeles and receive a contract with IMG Models.
What is Victoria’s Secret’s ‘Angels Among Us’ about?
The docuseries will take viewers behind the scenes of Victoria’s Secret’s search for its next Angel, beginning with open casting calls and auditions and continuing through the selected model’s runway debut.
The company released the series’ first trailer Sept. 1.
“Angels Among Us” was produced with Boardwalk Pictures and directed by filmmaker Nadia Hallgren, according to a press release.
Victoria’s Secret said in the release that the project is intended to expand its annual fashion show beyond a one-night event by allowing viewers to follow the models’ stories leading up to the runway.
“At its heart, ‘Angels Among Us’ is an answer to so many fans wanting an opportunity to take part in the show,” Victoria’s Secret Chief Creative Officer Adam Selman said in the announcement.

New episodes will be released on Thursdays and Sundays ahead of the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show on Oct. 18. The series and fashion show will stream globally on YouTube and Victoria’s Secret’s social media channels.
