Layne Riggs leads the field into the first race of the 2026 NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series playoffs after a commanding season. Heading into The Chase, Riggs holds a slight lead after the points reset with 2,100. He has six wins this season, including the regular-season finale. Joining Riggs in the first race of The Chase on Bristol Motor Speedway are Kaden Honeycutt, Chandler Smith, Christian Eckes, Gio Ruggeiro, Ty Majeski, Grant Enfinger, Daniel Hemric, Ben Rhodes, and Tyler Ankrum. In The Chase, points are reset with every driver entering the first race with between 2,030 points and 2,100 points. Each race is worth 55 points for the winner, 35 points for second, 34 for third, 33 for fourth, and 32 for fifth. All it takes is one win to jump from 10th place to in contention in The Chase.
