The Stranger Things starand her husband have welcomed their second child through adoption, just over a year after becoming parents for the first time. The couple has not yet shared details about the new baby publicly, continuing their decision to keep their children away from the spotlight.

According to People, ahave welcomed their second baby through adoption. Representatives for the couple had not publicly commented on the news at the time of the report. The news comes about a year after the couple announced the arrival of their first child, a daughter, through adoption in August 2025. At the time, they said they wanted to begin their new chapter “in both peace and privacy.”

Brown may have quietly hinted at the growing family earlier this month. In an Instagram video shared on September 7, she was seen carrying her daughter while Bongiovi walked beside her with a baby carrier strapped to his chest during their holiday in Italy’s Dolomites. The baby’s face was not visible, and Brown did not mention a new addition to the family in the post. ¡HOLA! reported that the couple has continued to protect their children’s privacy and has not revealed their first daughter’s name.
Millie Bobby Brown reveals why she considered adoption
Brown has previously spoken openly about why adoption matters to her. In an interview with Vanity Fair in July, she described receiving the call confirming her first daughter’s adoption as “the most surreal feeling.” She also said that Bongiovi was supportive of adoption from the beginning.
On Jay Shetty’s On Purpose podcast, Brown recalled the adoption process as long and thorough. She said the couple knew immediately that their daughter was the child they had been waiting for. For now, Brown and Bongiovi appear to be keeping their growing family life private. Their second adoption marks another major chapter for the couple, who married in 2024 and became parents the following year.
