ASRock has brought some huge upgrades over its existing high-end gaming monitor models with the latest flagship Taichi lineup.

ASRock Launches Taichi Flagship Monitor Lineup, Featuring Three 27-inch OLED Gaming Monitors With Modern Connectivity, High Refresh Rate, and Latest OLED Technologies

Popular hardware maker ASRock is making some significant progress in its monitor catalog and has introduced three more OLED gaming monitors. The company has joined the OLED race recently along with several other monitor makers and is proudly announcing its first-ever flagship Taichi monitor lineup. Under this lineup, ASRock has unveiled three new 27-inch OLED gaming monitors, boasting modern OLED technologies for superior visuals and performance.

The rear view of the ASRock Taichi monitor features a large logo and the word 'Taichi' along with a distinctive stand design.

The first one is the Taichi TCO27USA, a 27-inch 4K monitor that uses the Penta Tandem OLED technology to bring exceptional visual fidelity. The display boasts a solid 240 Hz refresh rate out of the box for a buttery-smooth experience, VESA DisplayHDR True Black 400 certification for vivid details, and an ultra-low 0.03 ms response time for quick frame transitions. This makes the Taichi TCO27USA excellent for both non-competitive and competitive gaming.

Thanks to the availability of AMD FreeSync Pro, the monitor will also make visuals pleasant by reducing screen tearing. With 99% DCI-P3 color coverage and Delta E < 2 color accuracy, it’s going to be suitable for professionals as well. Connectivity is also top-notch, including dual DisplayPort 2.1 UHBR20 ports for uncompressed visuals alongside dual HDMI 2.1 48G ports. This might be one of the handful of monitors to include two DP 2.1 UHBR20 ports, positioning it in the premium segment.

Then we have the Taichi TCO27QXA, another 27-inch monitor, which uses the QD-OLED panel that can operate at up to a 500 Hz refresh rate, delivering an extremely fluid gaming experience. It’s almost identical to the TCO27USA except that it boasts 2560x1440p resolution instead of 4K, allowing users to push their frame rates much higher.

The third model is the Taichi TCO27QXB, which is ASRock’s dual-mode 27-inch gaming monitor with a Tandem WOLED panel. This monitor works at QHD resolution with a good 540 Hz and up to 720 Hzat HD resolution for highly competitive gamers. Except for the absence of TAICHI Lighting, the TCO27QXB brings almost identical specs to the first two models.

ASRock hasn’t disclosed any information on the pricing and retail availability of these monitors yet, but their product pages are live on the official website.
