Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen have been spotted in a rare casual outing!
The former Full House actresses, both 40, were seen dressed down in comfy clothes while leaving an office building on Tuesday (September 8) in New York City.
Ashley was seen wearing a black top and black jeans while Mary-Kate wore a white t-shirt, long black shorts, and a sweater draped over her shoulders.

We’re just days away from the start of New York Fashion Week, but the twins are likely looking ahead to Paris Fashion Week instead.
While not yet confirmed, it is rumored that Mary-Kate and Ashley will present a new collection for their fashion brand The Row in Paris at the end of September 2026.
Mary-Kateand Ashley‘s two full siblings – older brother Trent Olsen and younger sister Elizabeth Olsen – both had big life events this summer.
Trentgot married back in June and the twins were among the attendees at the wedding.
Elizabeth became a mom over the summer, welcoming her first child with husband Robbie Arnett!
